Once upon a time, a king named Edward used to rule his kingdom 'The Mighty Empire'. He had a son, Rocky and a daughter, Daisy. His wife Queen Stacy loved him and always obeyed him, but he never valued her and treated her very terribly. Whenever Queen Stacy did anything slightly wrong or annoyed him, Edward used to shout at her and hit her. He also treated Rocky better than Daisy. His behavior always made Daisy mad, but she could't say anything. One day, King Edward was writing down some information regarding the kingdom's economy. He told Stacy, "Can't you see I'm thirsty? Go bring me a glass of water." Stacy immediately went and brought it, but the floor was slippery, so she slipped and some water fell on the paper Edward was writing on. "I'm so sorry!", said Stacy, but Edward grabbed her hand aggressively and started shouting with anger. Daisy came and said, "Dad! Let mom go, she didn't do it on purpose." Edward replied, "Shut up, Daisy. You women are always like this, never do anything right and all you do is bring trouble. She deserves to be punished, go mind your own business. These papers were important!" "They will dry up, dad!" But King Edward pushed his wife very hard and she fell on the floor. Then Edward threw the glass at Stacy, it hit her stomach, she started bleeding and fell unconscious. "Mom!" Daisy ran and held her mom. She said, "King Edward, you are crazy. Don't call me your daughter again, I am done with you." "Yeah, it doesn't matter anyway. One day you will be as useless as your mother", replied Edward. Being frustrated, Daisy took her mom outside to a doctor, all by herself. The doctor tried to stop the bleeding. Suddenly, Stacy started to move a little and talk. She said, "Daisy, dear, no matter what happens to me, please don't hate your dad. I'm sure he loves you. Be with him when needed, okay?" "Mom! Nothing will happen to you, don't worry! I am here with you." But suddenly, Stacy stopped moving, completely. The doctor checked and sighed. "What's wrong, doctor?", Daisy asked. Then she realized what happened and started crying. She said, "I am never going back to that man again, even if I have to die starving." The next day, she decided to go to a nearby village, instead of going back to Edward's palace. She made a few friends and started to live there like a poor person, hiding her identity. It was hard for sure, but she was glad to not live with her cruel dad anymore.
Five years later, Daisy was playing with a cat in that village. The cat started running and Daisy followed the cat. But after a while, they ended up coming near the palace of The Mighty Empire. "Ugh, how did I come here? Naughty cat, let's go back home." But then Daisy noticed a group of soldiers coming towards the kingdom on horses, with weapons. She realized The Mighty Empire was in danger, so she ran and went inside the palace. King Edward stood up and said, "Daisy, you? After so long? What are you here for? Go back to living with your mom, I don't want someone in my palace that talks back to me." She replied, "My mom? Dad, you killed her. She died five years ago, because of you. But I managed to live on my own." King Edward stood there silently, he was shocked. Daisy said, "Now listen to me, your neighboring country is coming to attack you. Everyone, get prepared." Being informed, the soldiers got prepared quickly, with everything they had. Suddenly, the enemies came inside the palace, and started attacking. The soldiers of The Mighty Empire started resisting them. King Edward said, "Daisy, go run and hide!" But Daisy grabbed a sword and started fighting. At first, she got injured and fell down. But she got up and continued fighting. The intense battle kept going. After a long time, the enemies couldn't handle it anymore, as they expected to win easily against the unprepared kingdom. At last, they accepted defeat. After all this, King Edward looked at Daisy, ashamed. He said, "Daisy, I realize my mistake. The Mighty Empire would probably lose today if it weren't for you. You are precious and brave. I'm really sorry. I wish I could apologize to Stacy, and every female I ever misbehaved with." Daisy replied, "What you did to my mom is unforgivable. But if you are genuinely sorry and promise to treat everyone with respect, I can forgive you for what you did to me.." A few days later, princess Daisy was made the Queen of The Mighty Empire. Gradually, she established equality and justice in the kingdom. The people of The Mighty Empire were very happy to have Queen Daisy as their queen.
